Review
I believe in this CD
Simon
has given the world an opportunity to prepare as individuals
to seek in consciousness the path to first a kundalini and
then to go ‘through.’ This masterpiece is also beyond ‘New
Age Music.’ It is the material embodiment of the unspeakable
enveloping love energy. As such it transcends time and space
and links Mozart to O’Donnell.
"My soul opened out as it were into the infinite, the deep
that my own struggle had opened up within my being, angered
by the unfathomable deep without, reaching beyond the stars
.I stood along with him who made me and felt the perfect
union of my spirit with his. It was like the effect of some
orchestra when all the separate notes have melted into one
swelling harmony. The darkness held a presence. I could not
anymore have doubted that he was there, than I was” -
Mozart.
Simon has turned lead into gold in these six tracks.
Blake’s Poem ‘Tiriel’ it describes with scathing indignation
the consequences of ‘forming’ a child according to the laws
of mechanistic rationalism imposing all from the outside and
regardless of the mysterious formative laws of life itself.
Childhood, for Blake, is the purest essence of the spirit of
life; the thing itself. “Everything that lives is holy” not
by virtue of any added qualities, but in it’s essence: I
have no name, I am but two days old what shall I call thee?
I am happy, Joy is my name.”
Childhood – innocence – was for him not a state of
inexperience and ignorance, but the state of pure being. You
will experience this in Simon’s Music.
